What days are you open?
We’re open Thursday through Saturday from 11AM–Sold Out unless otherwise noted. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for weekly updates.
Is there onsite dining?
Not at this time. We are primarily to-go, but often have a single picnic table set out for anyone that would like to eat onsite.
Do you sell out?
Yeah. Often. We cook until it’s right — not until it’s unlimited. If there’s something you need, come early or preorder.
Do you take bulk walk-up orders?
Absolutely. Brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage — by the pound while it lasts. Feeding the crew? Bulk is the move.
Can I preorder barbecue?
Yes. Preorders require prepayment and help guarantee your favorites. Order online or call/text (214) 563-5798.
Placing an order for pick up at the food truck? Pre-orders must be received by Sunday each week for pick up TH-SAT during normal business hours. Prepayment is required. We will follow up by email with an invoice including a link to pay.
Need your order another day? We require a minimum of 7 days notice for orders SUN-WED. Prepayment is required. We will follow up by email with an invoice including a link to pay. Pickup from Garland (75043) or delivery (for a fee) is available.

Do you cater events?
We do. From casual hangs to full-scale events, we offer BBQ catering throughout Dallas. Reach out early — dates fill fast.
Do you Sell Gift Cards?
Yes. We offer virtual gift cards for purchase at the food trailer and online.
Do you Sell branded merch?
Yes. We offer Larkin Barbecue T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats for purchase at the food trailer. Grab something for yourself or your BBQ-obsessed friend.
