Feed the Crew. East Dallas Style.
Serving The Neighborhood, One Plate at a Time.
Larkin Barbecue is a family-owned East Dallas barbecue food truck serving classic Texas-style BBQ smoked low and slow on a custom offset smoker. From brisket and ribs to smoked turkey, sausage, and bacon burnt ends, everything is cooked with care and served hot from our permanent food trailer near White Rock Lake.
Located at 7548 E. Grand Ave, our food trailer is open Thursday–Saturday, 11AM–8PM (or sold out). Come early — we don’t rush the pit, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
Grab lunch, feed the crew, or let us handle the smoke for your next event with BBQ catering in Dallas.

Texas-Style Barbecue, Built on Family & Passion
Larkin Barbecue started with a family, a smoker, and a belief that barbecue is better when it’s done the right way — with care and intention. What began as popups around East Dallas has grown into a permanent food trailer built on fire, family, and community.
Your East Dallas / Lakewood neighborhood BBQ Spot
Our menu is built around classic Texas barbecue — smoked low and slow with clean oak fire and a whole lot of care.
Expect tender brisket with deep bark, juicy smoked turkey that surprises people, award-winning ribs, spicy cheddar sausage, pulled pork, bacon burnt ends, and scratch-made sides that hold their own. Everything is cooked on our offset smoker and served the way barbecue should be: simple, honest, and meant to be shared.
Plates, sandwiches, or by the pound — however you eat it, it’s built to satisfy.

Catering That Feeds the Crew
Whether you’re feeding a small group or a full crowd, we bring the smoke.
Larkin Barbecue offers catering and bulk orders for backyard hangs, business lunches, game days, and private events. Same food we serve at the trailer — cooked with care, packed hot, and ready to feed people right.
Full spreads or flexible à la carte options are available, with drop-off, onsite service, or food truck events depending on your needs.
Let brisket do the heavy lifting.
Celebrating Our Feature in Texas Monthly
Today is a day we won’t forget. A feature in Texas Monthly. Texas barbecue isn’t just a style — it’s a conversation. And Texas Monthly has long been leading it. When Daniel Vaughn pulled up last week, we knew it was an opportunity to share what we’re building. But when he reached out to take…
